Margherita sandwitch

               We all know that the summer is coming, we need to show our bodies to the sun. But, in my case, I do not have a body perfect for the beach. Well, I guess, I have now lot of time to take care of it.
              Do you think that only the models can look amazing? You were wrong. For a shining look you need a good meal plan which you will need to kinda respect. I clearly cannot live without pizza, so here is what I am doing for this summer :

         We all love pizza, right. So in the morning you will be eating pizza. You heard me right... or read it right. Well, is not really like a piiza, but is a lot like one :



   For this breakfast you will need :
  •  2 bread slices
  • 4 slices of mozzarella, depends on how much you like mozzarella
  • tomato sause
  • some basil
On a bread slice you put some tomato sauce and then the mozzarella. On the other one you put again some tomato sauce and some basil. Then you put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 F/170 C. Or you can just eat them like that. They are healthy without beeing baked.

            And that is. I like a lot this breakfast because it is easy and really fast. Enjoy!
